Butter Chicken with Easy Garlic Naan
Butter Chicken is one of my favourites, and I’ve been making it ever since I learned how to cook! This is a dish I love to make when I’m sick and I’m in need of a little bit of heat. The buttery garlic naan is perfect to mop up the thick and creamy sauce.
Chunky Apple Crisp
Now that it’s fall, it is time to embrace the warm, gooey, and fruity desserts! If you have a bag of apples waiting to be used, this recipe is the absolute best.
This apple crisp is just the right amount of sweet! The bigger chunks still keep a bite after being cooked, but develop a sticky caramel coating. It’s best enjoyed with vanilla ice cream to compliment the crispy cinnamon topping.
Smash Burgers
These burgers and perfect if you love a crispy burger instead of a thicker patty. The tangy burger sauce pairs so well with the charred onions, and fresh toppings!
Caprese Chicken with Pesto Ravioli
This balsamic marinated chicken breast is seared and then baked off, and is topped with fresh, melty mozzarella, balsamic glaze and enjoyed with tomato confit. If you want to go the extra mile and make homemade ravioli, it truly is a show stopping, restaurant-quality dish!
Pulled Pork on Rosemary Parmesan Buns
This was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a very long time. The saucy barbecue pulled pork, fresh coleslaw, and with a fluffy toasted rosemary parmesan bun, is the perfect combination. Your house will smell amazing after, and there’s very little active cooking/prep time.
Creamy Garlic Pasta with Garlic Butter Steak Bites
This pasta is the perfect combination of Fettuccine Alfredo and my personal childhood favourite - buttered noodles. The medium rare, garlic butter steak bites take it over the top and make it a rich - yet protein-packed meal.
Homemade McGriddles
This copycat McGriddle recipe is perfect if you’re craving a sweet AND savoury breakfast and is pretty close to the beloved classic. I also love that it has extra protein from the cottage cheese in the batter, without making them super dense!
Sourdough Pancakes
These pancakes are fluffy and have a little extra protein from the cottage cheese! It’s my go-to when I have active sourdough starter and want to impress my family and friends for breakfast!
Garlic Soy Noodles
These noodles come together in 20 minutes and taste salt, savoury and pair perfectly with a soft, jammy egg. I like to add bok choi for a little brightness and green, but the noodles are amazing on their own!
Easy Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
This banana bread is incredibly easy to make and is the most tender recipe you’ll find! It’s the perfect snack, or breakfast, and is the most delicious with a little butter spread on top!
Easy Chow Mein
This delicious stir-fried dish comes together in less than 30 minutes, and it’s a great way to use your outdoor griddle or blackstone. It includes 3 proteins; beef, chicken, and shrimp so you have plenty of variety! This dish is so addicting, you won’t even miss take-out!
Burrata Mortadella Pizza
Episode 6 of Pizza Party Friday is my love letter to Italy! This pie brings together creamy burrata, silky mortadella, and a vibrant pistachio pesto that’s pure magic. Inspired by the flavours I fell in love with on my trip in Italy, it's nostalgic, indulgent, and guaranteed to be the star of your Friday night.
High Protein Fried Pickle Dip
With 42 grams of protein, this delicious dip is perfect for your next gathering! It combines the creaminess of garlicky, addicting chip dip with the essence of crispy fried pickles! Perfect for dipping veggies, chips, crackers, you name it!
Spicy Vodka Pizza
The addicting vodka sauce is even more delicious on a pizza if you can believe it! I make this sauce at least twice a month, whether I want to add it to chicken parmesan, pasta, or make a delicious pizza with it. It’s always a crowd-pleaser, and if you have any vegetarian friends, this pizza is the perfect substitute.
Hot Hawaiian Pizza
For Episode 4 of Pizza Party Friday, this thick-crust Hawaiian pizza is a bold twist on a classic—layered with ham, crispy bacon, grilled pineapple, and jalapeños for heat. It’s inspired by nostalgic Pizza Hut pan pies and made even better with a drizzle of hot honey.
Detroit-Style Pizza with Whipped Ricotta
For the third pizza in my series of Pizza Party Fridays, I decided to attempt the fluffy, rectangular pizza that originated in Detroit! It has a crispy, cheesy crust and it is elevated with a variety of meaty, and spicy toppings, especially with dollops of whipped ricotta!
Gnocchi Pomodoro
This delicious homemade gnocchi is so simple and comforting. Sometimes the best meals require a little effort, especially when that means you get to bite into a soft & pillowy gnocchi. The tomato sauce needs a little time to simmer but you’re left with a rich and balanced sauce to accompany any pasta!
Buffalo Chicken Pizza
For the second pizza in my Pizza Party Friday series, I decided to make a pizza that you could eat while watching the big game! But instead of shredding the chicken, I fried the chicken into little bites which was a huge game changer!
