Cheesy Roasted Garlic Buns
These roasted garlic buns have the best of both worlds - a crispy, cheesy exterior, with a buttery soft interior. These can be made with homemade buns or store-bought and can be put together on the sidelines while you’re making a delectable supper.

To make the roasted garlic:
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Slice the top quarter off the garlic bulb. Add to a piece of tin foil and drizzle the bulb with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and wrap up with the tin foil.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until browned and soft.
- Meanwhile, cut an '+' in the top of the dinner rolls and add to a baking pan. When the garlic is ready, allow to cool for a few minutes before touching.
- Combine melted butter, roasted garlic, grated fresh garlic, parsley, oregano, and blitz using an immersion blender.
- Using a brush, brush the mixture on the inside of the buns, as well as coating the outside.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, just until the the tops of the buns are golden brown and the butter has seeped through the buns.
- Serve with fresh parmesan and enjoy!
