Instructions
- Mix marinade ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Salt & Pepper your wings and add to marinade. Marinate for at least 2 hours but preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill to 400F. Add wings to your top grill and allow to gain some colour with the lid closed for 5-10 minutes.
- Keep the grill heat between 400-500 F and cook for 30 minutes, flipping once or twice. For this marinade, the colour gets dark but don’t worry, they’re juicy, enjoy :D
Notes
- If you don’t have a BBQ, preheat oven to 350F and cook wings on a parchment lined baking
- You can use your favourite marinade, my dad used store bought honey garlic and jerk chicken and they turned out great!

Roasting a turkey takes up oven space for hours, making Thanksgiving dinner way more stressful than it should be. But, if you smoke a turkey, all the work is done for you otuside, while you have hours to do all the other prep while getting the most flavourful bird. Then, even better, for leftovers, you can make a smoked turkey pot pie with the leftover stuffing, which makes the best casserole for a simple weeknight dinner!
