My favourite kind of sandwich is a messy, saucy, delicious one, full of different flavours! My easy roll recipe can be done ahead of time, or you can use your favourite sub rolls! The meatballs are juicy and perfectly salty to make the best meatball sub. I also enjoy a little spice, so I’ve added banana peppers for a kick which pairs great with the fresh cheese.
